The Role




As our People team continues to develop, we are excited to be hiring a Talent Acquisition & People Executive to support the ongoing development of our business. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role is ideal for someone with a recruitment background who's ready to expand their HR experience.


You'll lead recruitment efforts throughout our businesses in the UK and USA, inluding managing our Sales Academy hiring programmes, hiring for a mixture of volume and more technical roles across our various business units and departments, including Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Product. In addition to talent acquisition, you'll also provide vital administrative support across a range of HR activities, helping us deliver a positive and seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the business in the UK and USA, working closely with hiring managers to ensure we are hiring exeptional talent. Manage the advertising of roles, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications via Workable. Drafting and issuing offer letters and contracts. Support the onboarding processes and work alongside our L&D Manager to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners. Working with the Head of People and Culture on the development of our employer brand and careers website. Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the People team in London and Brighton as required, including maintaining accurate employee records and systems. Act as a key point of contact for recruitment-related queries from hiring managers and candidates.
Contribute to people-related initiatives, process improvements, and project work as needed.

Requirements



Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency side. Strong experience working with ATS systems and direct sourcing methods via Linkedin Passion for people and the ability to spot and attract great talent. A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and asking the right questions. High attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy, particularly in written communication and data handling. Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, proactive team player with a can-do attitude. Previous travel industry experience would be an advantage but not essential.
