Title: Talent Acquisition Proposition Change Lead - People & Places


Department: Talent Acquisition & Management


Location: Leeds, Halifax, Bristol or Edinburgh


WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our offices.

It's an exciting time, and we need a talented individual to help tell our transformation story and help shape the future of Talent Acquisition.



Lead the design and delivery of change and communication strategies within LBG about the Talent Acquisition Transformation we are on, aligned to a refreshed candidate, hiring manager and recruiter proposition and experience. Act as a key influencer and storyteller to embed change and engage stakeholders effectively, so that everyone is aware of the purpose and gets onboard with the change and understands our brand. Simplifying cultural shifts so everyone feels part of the change and supports its success.


Key Responsibilities



Change Leadership



Develop and execute change management plans for TA initiatives, including technology implementations and process redesign. Partner with senior stakeholders to identify impacts, mitigate risks, and drive adoption. Monitor and report on change readiness and effectiveness.

Communications Strategy



Create and deliver clear, engaging communications that articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of TA transformation. Manage multi-channel communication plans (intranet, Prosper, events, LinkedIn, other digital platforms). Ensure messaging aligns with Group People strategy and employer brand.

Stakeholder Engagement



Build strong relationships across People & Places, Talent Acquisition, and business units. Act as a trusted advisor on change and comms best practice for TA leaders and project teams.

Continuous Improvement



Gather feedback and insights to refine change and comms approaches. Champion innovation and simplification in communication methods and tools.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in change management and communications within HR or Talent Acquisition environments. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts. Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Decision-making.
