ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to own and manage roles that are recruited at ENSEK. The job holder will create talent pipelines, both internal and external, work with stakeholders across multiple functional areas of the business, and plan and execute a number of critical Talent led projects.
They will take a lead role in recruitment systems management, data quality, referral schemes and the coaching and mentoring of new to recruitment hiring managers.
KEY RESPOSBILITIES
Own and manage a pool of job roles to be recruited in a timely, cost effective and quality manner.
Create talent pipelines both internal and external
Use a combination of headhunting, advertising, internal referrals, agency hires, careers fairs and any other means suitable to generate good candidate volumes and quality.
Work with stakeholders, to devise the right recruitment approach that works for the hiring team but also aligns with ENSEK's recruitment policies and ethos.
Manage candidates through the process, providing regular touch points and making sure that all of them feel valued, engaged, and are left with a positive feeling about the ENSEK experience.
Manage the balance between agency, direct, referral and internal hiring, such that ENSEK's hiring costs are kept under control and in line with expected spend.
Own and manage a variety of Talent projects focused on, but not limited to, developing and improving candidate attraction, employer brand awareness, internal recruitment processes, and referral schemes, Careers website content and maximising the efficiency of our applicant tracking system.
Play a lead role in embedding ENSEK's culture and values into the recruitment process and documentation.
Provide data and metrics to help the business with decisions around hiring.
SKILLS
Experience hiring within the Tech space
Solid experience of direct sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment advertising, including advert aggregation tools and other social media outlets.
Ability to think creatively and out of the box, around candidate sourcing strategies to access untapped talent
Recruitment agency management experience is essential
Familiarity with recruitment metrics, data analysis and reporting.
Some exposure and experience of Employer Value Propositions.
Excellent communication skills to build relationships and create trust with hiring managers, keep candidates informed and engaged and manage and negotiate with agencies.
