We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Talent Acquisition Specialist & Administrator

to join our team. This crucial dual-role is the engine of our recruitment process, combining proactive candidate sourcing with the essential administrative support needed to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities



This role is split between core Talent Acquisition (approximately 70%) and vital HR/Recruitment Administration (approximately 30%).

I. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing (70%)



Sourcing and Screening:

Proactively identify, engage, and screen candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.

Candidate Management:

Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from initial contact through to offer acceptance for assigned roles (predominantly technical and administrative positions).

Interview Coordination:

Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience.

Employer Branding:

Assist in promoting the company's brand and employee value proposition across professional platforms and at recruitment events.

Reporting:

Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide regular updates to the management team.

II. Recruitment and HR Administration (30%)



Document Management:

Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and new-hire paperwork with high accuracy.

ATS Management:

Maintain the Applicant Tracking System

Invoice Processing:

Process and track recruitment-related invoices (e.g., job board costs, agency fees).

Compliance:

Ensure all hiring processes and documentation adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience



Proven experience (2+ year) in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Administrator role. Proven track record of successful placements and monthly/annual targets met.. Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail are non-negotiable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits



Competitive Starting Salary:

30,000 per annum.

Performance Bonus:

Opportunity to earn a placement bonus on successful hires.
