21,500 per annum + commission (150 - 185 per hire)

Expected to recruit minimum 4 staff per month average. This will reach the top end of the pay scale but this is not limited.

The Role

As a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for our homes -- from crafting engaging adverts to onboarding successful candidates. You'll build strong relationships, represent our values, and ensure every applicant's experience reflects the warmth and professionalism of Cornerways.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and post staff advertisements across recruitment platforms. Screen candidates through telephone interviews. Coordinate and support managers during interviews. Process references and background checks with precision. Track recruitment analytics and report monthly on progress. Support onboarding and induction of new hires. Contribute to recruitment planning and presentations.

About You

Experience in recruitment or administration essential; care sector experience preferred. Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously. Strong eye for detail and ability to handle confidential information. Warm, people-focused approach with a genuine interest in matching values as well as skills. Must be able to obtain an
