The Role


We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team. Talent Acquisition at Gravita has seen a steady influx of new roles and a progressively larger impact within the businss, so we're looking for someone who's able to manage multiple open roles, driving activity whilst also helping us lay the foundations as we continue to scale rapidly. You'll work within the small TA and with the wider People Team to develop immediate and long term hiring strategies, developing processes, employer brand and an incredible candidate experience.
There is a lot of ambiguity and the pace is fast, so you'll need to be comfortable navigating through this whilst prioritising work with the highest level of impact. But the scope for impact is huge as you'll help to shape Gravita.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand immediate hiring needs and role requirements.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within professional services (accountancy, legal, consulting, etc.)Proven ability to make a positive impact in a short period of time, particularly in fast paced, changing environmentsAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneouslyStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with Early Careers is beneficial but not essentialExperience with Pinpoint ATS would also be beneficial

Our standard working week is a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid basis
Core working hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
