Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Sector: IT
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: 30,000 basic with 35,000 OTE
Overview:
Join our clients dynamic and friendly account team as a talented and proactive individual. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying top-tier candidates for esteemed clients in the IT sector. Alongside this pivotal responsibility, you'll engage in various tasks essential for the seamless operation of our accounts. This role does not involve sales.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Utilise diverse channels including online job boards, LinkedIn, and our CRM system to source potential candidates.

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experiences, and career goals effectively.

• Craft compelling advertisements to attract top talent in the IT and automotive fields.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements thoroughly.

• Coordinate interview logistics and promptly address candidate and client queries.

• Maintain robust relationships with candidates and clients alike.

• Provide valuable support to the Account Director and team, assisting with HR matters, contract management, and general administration.

• Contribute to the daily operations of the account, including fostering relationships with hiring managers.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and clients.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Strong organisational abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable with telephone communication and adept at conducting candidate conversations.

• Numerical proficiency to handle data accurately.
