We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialistto join Norgine initially on a 6 months FTC.


The person holding this position will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.


This is a site based role at our Hengoed offices.

Requirements




The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Hengoed and other Norgine sites in Europe.



Manage and advise on all aspects of the 'recruitment lifecycle' including but not limited to: monitor the approval process, advise on job descriptions and adverts, prepare sourcing strategy and perform sourcing activities, co-ordination of the interview process, conducting competency based interviews, preparing candidate shortlist, maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers Ensure that all recruitment is recorded and provide accurate talent acquisition reports and metrics Keep accurate documentation related to candidate interactions and statuses that is in full compliance with all legal and internal requirements Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, spreadsheets and teams' shared files.


SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE



Ability to work at a fast pace, prioritise workload and manage multiple requests in an ambiguous change environment Experience working with Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workable Good team player, committed to personal and professional development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and integrity Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus Fluent English is required Experience in administration, preferably recruitment Understanding of recruitment processes Good computer skills and IT Savvy
