What you will be doing...
We're looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our friendly, fast-paced team, supporting our seasonal high-volume recruitment campaigns across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
In this role, you'll be a key part of our hiring journey by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interview and assessment days, ensuing a positive candidate experience and ensuring a smooth offer process. You'll represent our brand with professionalism and energy, both virtually and in person, with travel across the UK required.
What you'll be doing:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for volume, seasonal roles across the UK
Communicating with candidates and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey
Coordinating interviews and assessment days with precision
Delivering a great candidate experience
Partnering effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver results
Using our Applicant Tracking System to manage applications and provide data and insight

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment role
Strong organisational and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A flexible, proactive approach and ability to work at pace
Passion for delivering a fantastic candidate experience
Confidence in managing and interpreting recruitment data
