Due to continued success and growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative in-house Talent Acquisition team on a 12 Month Secondment.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focusing on the full life cycle of recruiting, including succession planning, sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and reporting.

This role concentrates on long-term recruiting strategies, looking for the future, being proactive as well as reactive with recruitment needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works with leadership teams to plan for hiring and internal candidate development.



What you will be doing:

Key Responsibilities include:



Creating and posting of job descriptions and adverts posted both internally and externally Source and manage candidates, both active and passive, through available channels including the internal ATS, LinkedIn, Job boards, socials etc. Delivering full candidate screening ensuring the requirements of regulations are met (FCA) Advise hiring leads on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation Handle all administrative tasks related to the candidate cycle, including reporting to governmental agencies and internal clients Work with the compensation department to determine a market rate salary for each new hire Provide guidance and forecasting for future hiring needs Supporting with ad-hoc projects

Highly organised with excellent time management skills Able to manage complex workloads and meet numerous deadlines Excellent people skills, able to collaborate with a wide range of people to meet deadlines A background in financial services is desirable, but not essential An eye for detail, able to use data to identify opportunities Recruitment experience/ knowledge is essential
