About this role:

Our Talent Acquisition Team are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. The suitable candidate will work within the Talent Acquisition Team, and directly contribute to the end to end hiring of individuals across the business, with a particular focus on the tech and product space. Ensuring that Just Eat Takeaway.com has the right people in the business is critical to our future success. As such, this vacancy plays an important role in supporting end to end recruitment within our team. This is a diverse role that will include overseeing advertising, directly sourcing via Linkedin and other channels, screening, running end to end hiring process with candidates and hiring managers as well as getting involved in Meetups and more.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Manage end to end recruitment processes across your specific function Working alongside hiring managers to understand individual vacancies Manage the recruitment advertising across online platforms Proactively source talent by actively networking, headhunting and via referrals Oversee internal recruitment processes end to end Manage the offer, support onboarding and new starter process alongside HR Track recruitment and keep up to date records of activity on candidate tracking system and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities and processes

What will you bring to the table?

Mandatory experience hiring technology roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI Design) Recruitment experience (in-house or agency) Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles and levels Demonstrable experience of screening and shortlisting candidates Experience of working with a high volume of vacancies Strong communication skills Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System beneficial (Workday) Exposure to recruitment advertising and online job boards Experience in pro-active candidate acquisition using a variety of tools and methods The ability to work towards deadlines and in a fast paced environment Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
