The Opportunity



We are seeking a hands-on, commercially astute Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment across the business. This is a critical hire to support our next phase of growth and maturity. You will be embedded in the business from day one, playing a central role in identifying and attracting high-calibre talent across consulting, finance, and corporate roles.


This is not a pure coordination role - it requires someone confident, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-change environment.

Key Responsibilities



Own and deliver the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions. Partner with hiring leads and leadership to scope roles, write job descriptions, and map candidate profiles. Proactively source, headhunt, and engage passive talent, leveraging multiple channels and platforms. Manage interview processes end-to-end, including stakeholder scheduling, interview prep, and feedback loops. Build and manage talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. Champion a high-touch candidate experience aligned with our brand and values. Support hiring-related reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

About You



Immediate availability (or short notice period). Proven experience in in-house recruitment or agency experience delivering to professional services sector. Experience of delivering to, top-tier accountancy, consulting, or advisory firms. Highly confident sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and networking. Commercially minded with an ability to align talent strategy to business outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Operates at pace, with discretion, curiosity, and a bias for action. A true team player with a solutions-first mindset.
