In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, source top talent, and contribute to building a strong employer brand. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings
Source and attract candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems
Assist with offer processes, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruiting events
Provide insights on talent market trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Second language proficiency is preferred, but not required
