Tasks

Key Responsibilities



Drive

recruitment for production roles by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through ATS, agencies, and networks.

Partner

with hiring managers to define needs,

coordinate

interviews/assessments, and ensure clear, timely candidate communication.

Manage

pre-employment checks and documentation, and

deliver

engaging induction sessions for a smooth onboarding experience.

Support

early careers initiatives, including apprenticeships, internships, and work experience programmes with schools/colleges.

Champion

employer branding by representing LTLGS at events, creating compelling job ads, and boosting recruitment marketing.

Collaborate

with the People Team on process improvements and

cover

the Talent Acquisition Lead when required. Behind the scenes

Requirements

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:


CIPD qualification (or equivalent) in HR/Recruitment, or relevant experience 3+ years' recruitment experience (in-house, agency, or both) Strong candidate sourcing skills and ATS proficiency Experience liaising with managers and stakeholders Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities Clear written and verbal communication Early careers recruitment/work experience coordination (desirable)
