Drive

Partner

Manage

Support

Champion
employer branding by representing LTLGS at events, creating compelling job ads, and boosting recruitment marketing.
Collaborate
with the People Team on process improvements and

Requirements
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) in HR/Recruitment, or relevant experience
3+ years' recruitment experience (in-house, agency, or both)
Strong candidate sourcing skills and ATS proficiency
Experience liaising with managers and stakeholders
Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
Clear written and verbal communication
Early careers recruitment/work experience coordination (desirable)
Personal Attributes
A collaborative team player who can also work independently
Proactive, uses initiative, and seeks solutions to recruitment challenges
Comfortable engaging with managers, candidates, and external partners
