The Role
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be a vital partner in helping our clients achieve their hiring goals.
You'll support client hiring managers in filling vacancies to target start dates, consistently meeting all quality thresholds, SLAs, and KPIs. You'll deliver exceptional recruitment services, acting as the custodian of both candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.
A key part of your role will involve using data-led sourcing insights to craft the best hiring strategy for each requisition. This means leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis to identify and attract the best talent available in the market. Key Accountabilities
Performance & Data Integrity

  • Consistently achieve all SLA & KPI targets, including source mix, time to hire, and CSAT scores.
  • Ensure 100% data integrity across all reporting and tracking in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Maintain strong hiring manager satisfaction through positive feedback.
  • Act as a role model for data and digital process utilization, including AMS one where applicable.
Recruitment Delivery
  • Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing and attraction plans, proactively engaging talent from internal ATS/CRM and alumni pools.
  • Ensure recruitment services meet all contractual obligations and client SLAs.
  • Lead hiring strategy meetings to develop robust recruitment plans with hiring managers.
  • Leverage data-led insights, historical trends, and market analysis to determine optimal hiring strategies for each requisition.
  • Review CVs and conduct thorough, compliant candidate screenings, presenting quality shortlists and coaching hiring managers through selection and interviews.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to start date.
  • Drive critical hiring decisions and expertly manage the offer process.
  • Proactively address stakeholder issues and share insights to enhance recruitment delivery.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by proactively pooling qualified candidates.
  • Meet all SLA & KPI Targets; Source mix, Time to hire, CSAT
  • Ensure recruitment services meet contractual obligations and client SLAs.
Technology & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate candidate status and requisition updates in all relevant systems.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share potential upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant legislation and proactively track compliance risks.
Stakeholder Relationships
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client hiring managers.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal Talent Sourcing, Insights, Talent Attraction, and Administration teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience

Technical Skills
  • MS Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • RPO Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing.
  • Recruitment Technology Literacy: Highly skilled in leveraging various recruitment technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Relevant industry knowledge in Financial Services or Professional Business Services in specific geographies or sectors.
