Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our Talent & Transformation team and support our managers across the entire Group in attracting, selecting, and welcoming new talent into the business.
The Role
Full Time, Office Based Role.
You'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment and onboarding experience across the Group. From helping managers craft effective job adverts to screening applicants and coordinating pre-boarding activities, you'll be instrumental in making sure every new team member feels supported from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Support managers in drafting and posting engaging, accurate job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Screen incoming CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for all roles.
Schedule interviews and assist with communication throughout the recruitment process.
Support new starters and managers during pre-boarding and induction processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records using our internal systems.
Assist with continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance candidate and manager experience.
About You
We're looking for someone proactive, people-focused, and highly organised. Someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting both candidates and managers.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, Administration or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being confident on phones.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
Confidence using recruitment or HR systems (training provided).
