HR Team, Hiring Managers, External Agencies and Potential Candidates and New Recruits.
The role holder will take ownership of recruitment across the business leading the candidate journey from attraction through to onboarding, helping to source the best individuals and place in the right role. Working closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers and wider HR team, the role holder will ensure Group recruitment processes run smoothly, efficiently and reflect the Group culture and values. The candidate will help to build upon our employer brand and shape the way we attract and retain great talent.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities include (but are not limited to):
Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments and levels
Lead and support recruitment-focused projects aimed at rebranding and improving how we attract and retain across the business
Work proactively to identify opportunities to increase retention by improving Group recruitment experience
Support in Group website careers page updates, social media recruitment content and employee referral schemes
Lead and assist in recruitment campaigns for apprenticeships, graduates, specialist roles
Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
Actively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and CV databases
Working with hiring managers to understand role needs, timelines and candidate profiles
Promote the Group brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the whole process
Schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising with candidates and interviewers / hiring manager
Support in interview preparation, interview stages, and candidate selection
Ensure feedback to candidates is delivered in a timely manner
Maintain accurate recruitment data in order to track and report on hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline progress)
Prepare reports and data analysis on recruitment information such as cost efficiencies and trends in recruitment costs (e.g. external vs internal costs)
Ensure all recruitment process is compliant with latest legislation and Group policies
Maintain and improve recruitment documentation, branding templates and any other documents
Support the wider HR team in onboarding process for new starters, including offer letters, right-to-work checks, training qualification documents and certificates, and induction communications
Collaborate with HR & Payroll function to ensure smooth transition and onboarding for new hires
Support in assisting with exit interviews in order to collate information and feedback to further enhance candidate and employee journey and maintain retention
Any other tasks commensurate with this post
Requirements:
Proven experience in an in-house recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition role
Confident managing multiple roles and recruitment campaigns at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, TotalJobs etc.)

Pay: 14,000.00 per year
