You'll play a key role in building our talent pipeline, engaging passive candidates, and supporting end-to-end hiring across departments. Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist in drafting job descriptions and managing recruitment campaigns Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Help organise career fairs, hiring events, and internship programs Provide a positive and engaging experience for all candidates

Experience & Attributes

A degree in Business, Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related area (internships welcome) Genuine interest in technology and curiosity about how things work Proactive mindset -- you take initiative and make things happen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Naturally curious, always eager to ask questions and learn more Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms Enjoys identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows Motivated to learn, grow, and build a career in talent acquisition
