We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in recruiting for our growing Global business and working closely with our internal stake holders and their hiring needs. This is a fast paced environment but we do know how to have fun!
Core Responsibilities
Contribute to effective and innovative recruitment strategies
Source candidates using the most appropriate sources including LinkedIn, Seek and other applicable sources
Shortlist candidates for the selection / interview process
Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates to assess suitability
Liaise with Operational Managers regarding candidate suitability
Facilitate interviews with Operational Managers
Conduct reference checks
Negotiate offers of employment
Liaise with overseas candidates regarding the sponsorship process
Provide recruitment metrics
Other duties as directed by Line Management or delegate.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
A minimum of 4 years' experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role or Recruitment Agency.
A minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting in the Clinical Research Industry (advantageous)
A vocational or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline (desirable)
Possess an enthusiastic and approachable personality with a 'can do' attitude.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work within tight timeframes and prioritise workload.
Be dynamic and action-orientated, with the ability to makes things happen.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to earn trust, credibility and apply discretion where needed.
Must show initiative and be pro-active in problem solving and process improvement.
Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with other people and to work independently with limited supervision.
