The Role:




The Talent Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that all stages of the recruitment process run smoothly and efficiently.


Requirements



Your Responsibilities:



Supporting Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers in coordinating all stages of the recruitment process Managing job postings across various platforms, ensuring consistency of adverts and branding Supporting with scheduling interviews, assessments, and candidate meetings Preparing recruitment documents, maintaining the ATS and spreadsheets Ensure all recruitment documentation is stored and managed in line with data protection policies Track recruitment metrics (e.g. candidate pipeline status) and produce basic reports Prepare and issue offer letters via our ATS system Manage onboarding forms for perm and contractor hiring Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

What we are looking for:



A degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business. Experience of working with document, spreadsheet and presentation software Experience of recruitment processes and procedures is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
