Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process within the company, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This fixed-term role is based in East Sussex with possible hybrid working available.   • Coordinate and manage the administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining records.

  • Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the screening of applications and liaise with hiring managers to progress candidates effectively.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide support for onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to public sector policies and standards throughout recruitment activities.
