This is a full time permanent position on a hybrid basis with an office split of around 1-2 days per week.

What will your day look like...

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for Band A & DB positions, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offering. Maintain accurate data in recruitment ATS and manage external talent pools for key roles. Support managers with tools for interviews and assessment days, and promote the 'Refer a Friend' scheme. Work collaboratively with People Partners and Managers to consider internal candidates. Assist Talent & Attraction Partner with Early Careers Programmes and showcase vacancies on social media. Adhere to recruitment SLAs, escalate issues/blockages, and perform other duties as directed.

About you...

We are looking for an internal recruiter with experience in high volume recruitment/hard to fill vacancies. You should have strong skills in negotiating and influencing, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The role involves ensuring the recruitment ATS is updated with accurate data so IT skills are required. You will also be responsible for adhering to recruitment SLAs and spinning multiple plates so strong organisational skills are needed.
