What you'll do




We're looking for a motivated and personable Talent Attraction Assistant to join our dynamic HR team on a 14-month fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in recruitment and early careers, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.


As a key member of our Talent Attraction team, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle for business services and legal support roles. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers across the firm, working closely with them to understand their needs and deliver the best possible candidates, whether through creative direct sourcing strategies or through using our preferred agency suppliers.


In addition to lateral hiring, you'll take the lead on delivering our apprenticeship and work experience programmes. You will partner with stakeholders from across the business to understand their recruitment needs for apprentices, supporting in reading applications, arranging assessment centres and providing support to apprentices and their line managers throughout their time with the firm.


Another of your key responsibilities will be to oversee our work experience programme, working closely with our chosen providers to deliver an exceptional experience for students joining the firm.


You will be integral in ensuring the team's work continues to align closely with the firm's ESG agenda and strategy, especially in regards to social mobility. Ideally, you will be keen to continue taking a leading role in the firm's social mobility group with the partners, sharing your ideas for further improvements.

Who you are




Ideally with at least one year of recruitment experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment, you will thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused role.


Known for being organised, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive, you will take pride in providing an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers alike.


You'll be representing the firm to potential candidates and stakeholders, so strong interpersonal skills and a confident, approachable manner are essential. Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate a commercial and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think creatively when faced with complex hiring needs. An eagerness to learn and develop on the job will be key to your success.


As a team player, you'll be happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved in a range of activities, contributing ideas and working collaboratively with colleagues.
