Talent Attraction Specialist Location: Civic Campus, Euclid Street, SN1 2JG Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 4+ Months Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: 27.00 per hour Job Responsibilities Source candidates for Children's Social Workers, Team Managers, and specialist roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases. Create and run attraction campaigns focusing on authentic content with staff and managers. Work with Children's Services managers to implement quick recruitment processes. Improve candidate journey by ensuring adverts and application processes are inclusive and user-friendly. Provide data analysis on recruitment performance to improve strategies. Collaborate with the permanent talent team to test and implement new recruitment approaches. Advise HR leadership on future resourcing and agency strategies. Person Specifications Must Have Experience in talent acquisition in public sectors like local government, NHS, or education. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms. Skill in designing and implementing employer branding or EVP projects. Understanding of challenging recruitment areas like social care and legal roles. Ability to use data to enhance recruitment outcomes. Strong stakeholder management skills. Commitment to inclusion, sustainability, and digital enablement. Nice to Have Experience in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
