We are currently recruiting a Talent & Culture and ESG Manager to join our fantastic team in ibis Cambridge!

Our modern hotel has 231 bedrooms and on-site Chill#2 artisan coffee shop with more than 40 talents.

Your missions will be at Ibis Cambridge is to create memorable moments for our talents and guests by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell.

As our Talent and Culture Manager with a focus on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance), you support our operation team with

\xc2\xb7 Talent Acquisition

\xc2\xb7 On-boarding \xe2\x80\x93 The talent welcome

\xc2\xb7 The talent experience, including reward and recognition

\xc2\xb7 Talent Management (including performance reviews)

\xc2\xb7 Engagement

\xc2\xb7 Compliance \xe2\x80\x93 Payroll, Health and Safety

\xc2\xb7 Learning & Development ( delivering training programs)

\xc2\xb7 Helping to make a difference on an environmental and sustainability level

\xc2\xb7 Driving the education, communication, training, and implementation of the Green KEY across the hotel in all operational areas

\xc2\xb7 Review ESG corporate activities and ensure compliance

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Work Experience

Work Experience

  • Preferably 3-4 years hotel operational management experience.
  • CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Effective communicator, and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must have strong leadership ability, leading from the front.
  • A happy can do attitude is a must!
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry, you will be driven to deliver support the team operations while helping to develop and mentor Talent.
