In this role, you'll lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of learning solutions that help colleagues develop, grow, and succeed. You'll promote best practice, use evidence to drive positive outcomes, and contribute to key initiatives such as leadership development, workforce planning, and induction--supporting our goal of creating a great place to work and achieving our strategic priorities.
