Applicants will be able to demonstrate taking a business partner approach in planning and implementing training/ coaching programmes, including experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders such as 3rd party suppliers (e.g., Training and apprenticeship providers, etc.). Additionally, applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives as part of the learning and development approach.
