Hybrid working from our London or Manchester office

Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week

35,000 - 40,000 (depending on experience) + up to 15% annual bonus + excellent benefits!

As a Talent Development Partner, you will be instrumental in delivering impactful learning and development initiatives that drive employee growth, build capability, and support leadership development across the organisation.


Reporting to the Group Talent Development Manager, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across regions to implement strategies aligned with our business goals and the broader Global People & Culture strategy.

Partner with business leaders to uncover development needs and deliver tailored, impactful learning solutions Support the creation and implementation of leadership development programmes that inspire and empower Drive initiatives that promote career growth and build a strong, future-ready succession pipeline Measure the effectiveness of talent development efforts and use insights to continuously enhance our approach Champion a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and innovation across the organisation

To thrive in this role, you must have...

Proven experience in talent development, learning & development, or organisational development Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into development solutions Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is a plus Passion for people development and a collaborative, proactive approach
