We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent & Engagement Administrator to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Senior Learning Manager and be a member of the HR team.
The core responsibility of the of Talent & Engagement Administrator is to perform talent & engagement administration, plan internal and external courses, prepare accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible training records for all staff, liaise with the relevant educational establishments and suppliers and record the progress of students and distribute training literature to relevant departments and individuals.
There are permanent and 12 month FTC options available for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
HR Data Management
Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.
Support requests for ad-hoc and inspection-related reporting to contribute to regulatory compliance.
Suggest ways to improve processes through automation or re-engineering.
Record Keeping
Maintain accurate records, case notes, and case files, in accordance with defined requirements and procedures, to ensure that information is accessible and auditable.
Administration
Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
Support relevant Talent & Engagement platform introductions, upgrades, and patching with relevant system testing.
Carry out all required tasks for effecting Training Compliance support, including administering the relevant training systems.
Document Preparation
Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Support internal and external suppliers of learning content to arrange for publication, assignment, archiving, and instructor management.
Insights and Reporting
Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
Customer Service
Carry out a range of customer service activities, including handling customer cases and inquiries that are more complex or outside the norm.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
Carry out a range of onboarding and/or offboarding procedures (for example, training assignment, obtaining references, conducting background checks, and other basic vetting procedures) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion.
Internal Communications
Execute a communications plan within established internal communication systems and procedures.
Support the Talent & Engagement team for communication campaigns.
Support the creation of basic learning content such as learning quizzes and tests on learning platforms.
Operational Compliance
Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Requirements
Previous experience within HR Administration.
Ideally experience within training/learning and development administration/co-ordination
Experience carrying out HR data processing tasks and gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Experience building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
