In this role, you will develop your skills and gain valuable insights from experienced HR professionals by managing the day-to-day operations of one of our key development programs called Navigator. Navigator is a program for 200 LEGO Senior Managers designed to equip the participants with key skills such as leadership, resilience, and personal growth, enabling them to advance here at the LEGO Group.


And you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of the program!

Eligibility

This is a paid, full-time internship (37.5h/week) for a 12-month placement. This role requires the ability to work from our London office 3 days per week. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, Psychology or a related subject area. Being a student with the right to work in the UK already in place. Available to start working in July 2025 for a period of 12 months. Core Responsibilities

Support on the design, development and delivery of "The Navigator Program" here at the LEGO Group. Schedule, coordinate, and manage sessions. Support key stakeholders with the nomination process for the upcoming 2026 Navigator cohort. Serve as the primary point of contact for 200 participants, addressing queries and providing support; as well as actively managing the community to ensure engagement, collaboration and smooth running of Navigator. Collaborate seamlessly with our internal and external vendors to deliver sessions to participants. Prepare and distribute program materials. Gather and analyse participant feedback to support the implementation of improvements to the program. Support the Navigator Alumni community engagement.

Do you have what it takes?

Curious and creative, with a willingness to explore new tools and innovative ideas. Well-organised, self-starter. Being able to manage several projects at the same time while remaining flexible and adaptable. Proactivity and confidence to make decisions, manage expectations and meet deadlines. Ability to deal with and work well under pressure. Energised by supporting others' personal and professional development. Proficiency using the Microsoft Office package, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams.
