Experienced Talent Manager?




We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Development Manager to lead the strategic management of our internal employee talent pool. This is a stand alone role, reporting to the Head of Talent, Learning & development, working in close collaboration with the Learning & Development Manager leading the development of our internal mobility strategy.


About the Role




Package circa 80k From 55,940 (negotiable) as a basic salary + Car or Car Allowance (approx 8k) + up to 20% Bonus + Benefits Based 3 days per week at any SUEZ location nationally (Hybrid working)

About the role:




This role will manage the annual talent cycle, including performance and development reviews, mid-Year reviews and people reviews supporting managers and employees alike to put development plans and interventions in place for our employees and crucially for those identified with high potential and performance.


You'll be adept at having robust conversations about talent, creating development interventions and leading on new initiatives such as the development of a Future Leaders program. You'll be engaging Senior leaders & the HR team to identify talented successors across our business and support the mobility of their careers.


You'll be building upon existing foundations to provide data driven metrics to provide robust recommendations for the expansion of the talent development offer.


This role reports to the Head of Talent, Learning & Development and will also manage the Learning & Development Administration Manager.


Key skills required:




Experience designing and evaluating Talent development programs In- depth experience of utilising and leading the deployment of the 9 box grid Talent cycles Identifying and recommending interventions based on the 9 box Talent grid outputs Driving a culture of self-led career development for our talent Building upon our coaching and mentoring culture for talent Project management skills and experience Ability to build, influence and manage relationships, work and communicate effectively at all levels Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly effective written communication skills are essential
