Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for a driven Talent & Onboarding Administrator to join our lovely people team.
ABOUT THE ROLE As a Talent & Onboarding Administrator you will be responsible for supporting across several functions of our People Team, including Talent Acquisition, Basic HR duties and Onboarding of new employees across the business.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Proactively source candidates using various tools.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to build a talent pipeline to ensure recruitment demands are achieved.
  • Use various social media platforms to showcase current vacancies.
  • Analyse turnover and retention records and make suggestions on how to tackle this.
  • Ensure all required documentation is received from successful candidates.
  • Issue contracts to new starters
  • Liaise with other key internal stakeholders to ensure new starters are onboarded smoothly. Any additional tasks when required to support the People team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous experience of working in Recruitment/HR \xe2\x80\x93 ideally with an understanding / experience of the M&E field.
  • Superb communication skills are a must.
  • A hunger to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to confidently balance multiple tasks & priorities.
  • This role will be a mixture of home and office based so you must be proactive in nature.
  • Flexibility to travel across our Bristol, Haydock, Birmingham and Oxted offices.
  • Previous experience of working with an ATS / HRIS \xe2\x80\x93 prior experience of Bamboo or Teamtailor would be a plus!
  • Passionate about all things people and delivering a seamless candidate journey. A good sense of humour and positive by nature.
THE PACKAGE
  • Competitive starting salary of \xc2\xa327,000 - \xc2\xa330,000 dependent upon experience
  • Ideally we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who could work from our Bristol office once a week / with the remaining days at home.
  • 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Plenty of opportunity for progression.
  • Death in service after a qualifying period of 2 years.
  • Performance profit related bonus. Bags of exposure to working in a fast-paced HR/Recruitment function.
