We're looking for an experienced Talent & Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function and support the growth of the Bleep 360 Group.

About the Role
As our Talent & Recruitment Manager, you will:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all businesses in the group
Manage a small team of recruiters, providing coaching and support
Oversee senior and specialist hiring
Ensure compliance with safer recruitment, CQC, and Ofsted standards
Build talent pipelines and develop long-term resourcing strategies
Improve the candidate and hiring manager experience
Partner with Marketing to deliver employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Manage agency relationships and recruitment advertising spend
Report on KPIs, recruitment data, and market trends
Support wider people initiatives such as onboarding, retention, and talent management
What We're Looking For

Experience leading a recruitment team
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, safer recruitment, CQC, or Ofsted requirements
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
Confident analysing recruitment data and reporting on KPIs
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
