Job Description

As the Talent Resourcer you are a key team member in delivering a seamless candidate onboarding experience and will be the first point of contact for both colleagues and associates coming to work at The Owl Centre. You will support the Talent Partner in the day-to-day recruitment activities to help drive The Owl Centre's recruitment goals.

What you'll be doing:



Support the Talent Partner with recruitment activities including posting job adverts, overseeing job boards, arranging interviews and being the first point of contact for candidates throughout their onboarding journey, providing a seamless onboarding experience for new starters coming into the business. Support the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by screening candidates via the phone during the shortlisting stage to ensure candidates have the relevant skills and experience before they are progressed to interview. Monitor and update recruitment spreadsheets throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey to ensure information recorded is correct and live to provide a true understanding of statistics and data that can be used by the wider team(s). Work collaboratively with the wider People Team, Compliance Team and IT Team throughout the candidate onboarding journey through regular communication, attending team meetings and working together to resolve any issues or queries to provide the highest candidate onboarding experience for new starters. Manage the recruitment inbox by responding to queries in a timely manner to ensure all emails have consistent responses and communication. Send offer letters and contracts to new starters in a timely manner by gathering relevant information and using Microsoft packages along with 3rd party systems to ensure a smooth delivery. Work with candidates to meet compliance deadlines ahead of their start date by monitoring our third-party compliance platform to ensure there are no delays and start dates go ahead as planned.

We'd love it if you had:



Healthcare experience or understanding of healthcare ways of working. Experience of sourcing talent through a variety of platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc) Knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

An excellent communicator and has experience of communicating well through a variety of platforms; (phone, email, virtually). The ability to build and sustain great relationships and has experience of doing this both internally and externally. Organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail.

This role will operate on a hybrid basis and there is an expectation to attend our office in Pontypool 2 times per week.

The salary for this role is up to 30,000 per year for the right candidate.
