What

you'll do:

Source Top Talent:

Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to find and engage candidates for our open roles.

Craft Engaging Outreach Messages:

Write personalised and compelling messages to connect with candidates and encourage responses.

Build Candidate Pipelines:

Proactively maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Schedule Interviews:

Coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters and ensure a smooth process.

Collaborate with Recruiters:

Partner closely with the recruiter(s) to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Maintain Accurate Data:

Keep records up to date in our ATS and assist in tracking recruitment metrics.

Key Information

Salary:

30,000

Hours:

8.30am - 5pm, Mon-Fri

Working pattern:

Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)

Location:

London/Moorgate office
We offer a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
