Responsibilities



Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and service Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Oversee food presentation, ensuring visual appeal and consistency Manage food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in compliance with health regulations Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation Train new team members and provide ongoing mentorship to develop culinary skills Assist in menu planning and development to reflect current trends and customer preferences Ensure efficient utilisation of kitchen equipment and resources Uphold high standards of hospitality, serving guests with professionalism and courtesy

Experience



Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment Extensive experience in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques Strong background in kitchen management, including team leadership and staff training Demonstrable knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable Familiarity with serving procedures and guest interaction is advantageous Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of culinary professionals

Pay: 24,420.00-30,712.37 per year
