An ideal candidate would be a 18+ friendly individual who is sales driven and confident to join our fast-paced salon. As a tanning consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting tanning products and services, and ensuring a clean, safe and inviting tanning environment. This position is varied shifts and include days, nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the salon, including tanning beds, common areas, wiping down surfaces, floors and restocking supplies Greet clients warmly upon arrival Assist clients in selecting appropriate package and recommend them a cream for their skin type and let them know the benefits of using one Upsell tanning minutes and lotions to maximize sales opportunity and enhance client satisfaction Ensure that all salon policies and safety protocols are followed, providing clients with a safe and enjoyable tanning experience Handle customers inquire and resolve any issues in a professional manner Educate customers on tanning safety Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendation to customers Achieving sales targets, upselling courses and creams, making connections with customers, introducing/demonstrating new products/beds, maximizing sales Handling cash, process customers payments accurately and efficiently

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role Knowledge of tanning equipment, lotions and accessories is a plus, training will be provided Basic computer skills Strong communication skills, with a friendly approachable demeaner Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a past pace environment A commitment to cleanliness and maintain a positive environment for both clients and staff
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
