Tanning Salon Assistant/receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Salon Receptionist/Assistant to join our team at our busy Tanning salon in Redditch. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional customer service and support the salon's daily operations, a sunbed user, confident working alone, efficient with a positive helpful attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and provide them with information about tanning/sunbeds
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the salon
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Sales
- Key holder
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous
- Confident using a PC for salon management
The shifts will include mornings, days, evenings, weekends & school holidays, able to cover at short notice would be a bonus. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE THESE TIMES PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
Candidates should be locally based.
You will be required to do a voluntary trial.
