Poste et missions

Within Natixis CIB, you will join the Alternative Credit Syndication team (ACS) within the CIB. You will be a member of the ACS team in charge of loan solutions and syndication of illiquid assets. This encompasses capital and liquidity structured solutions and asset portfolio distribution \xe2\x80\x93 irrespective of the format \xe2\x80\x93 from inception to post closing servicing. You will also work on the secondary distribution side of illiquid assets.

You will also work on the secondary distribution side of illiquid assets. You will, under the supervision of a senior structurer:

• Participate to the execution of new structured transactions
• Perform Front-Office servicing duties regarding Capital-Relief transactions (e.g. Synthetic Securitizations, structured portfolio guarantees)
• Prepare pitch books/marketing material and documents required for syndication processes
• Participate to the pricing recommendations and assess liquidity analysis
• Follow the different asset classes market, enhance and update market comparables and market intelligence
• Deliver periodic activity reports on the ACS scope

• Origination teams
• Asset analyst teams
• Sales and financial engineering team
• Credit risk and finance division
• Middle office (according to each asset class and business line)
