Are you looking for an exciting, hands-on role where you can lead a production team and keep operations running smoothly?

What you'll be doing



As our Tapping Supervisor, you'll lead the day and evening production teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and high?quality liquid product tapping operations. You'll plan workloads, oversee staff, and ensure all work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards are followed throughout each shift.

From coordinating with Logistics and Quality Control to maintaining a clean, safe working environment, you'll play a key role in keeping production on track and ensuring every batch meets our standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where strong leadership and attention to detail make all the difference.

Main responsibilities -



Take full responsibility for the day and evening shifts, including supervision of staff, allocation of duties, and performance management.

Plan daily and evening workloads to ensure production schedules are met.

Ensure effective shift handovers are completed and documented every day.

Ensure work orders are correctly read, interpreted, and followed by all operatives.

Ensure products meet all quality standards and liaise with Quality Control on batch results.

Complete and verify FILO samples and ensure 5kg returns are completed for all products.

Communicate regularly with the Logistics Manager to ensure necessary equipment and materials are prepared for upcoming shifts.

Ensure all work is carried out in a clean, controlled environment with minimal contamination risk.

Operate a forklift to move IBC tanks and vessels safely within the production area.

Ensure materials and equipment are handled, stored, and deployed correctly and efficiently.

We specialise in spray drying food colourings and flavours as well as production of liquid food colours, flavours and extracts.

What you'll need



Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or food/liquid handling environment. Supervisory or team-lead experience across multiple shifts is desirable. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to follow and enforce compliance, quality, and safety standards. Forklift licence
