Job Description
Other Monkey Brewing is based in the heart of Colchester. We are looking for a new team member to join us.
The perfect candidate will be professional, confident, out-going and friendly, with a genuine interest in craft beer and good food, a passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn, and work to constant high standards. They will have excellent customer service and a desire to make every customer's experience amazing.
Responsibilities:
Drive and maintain excellent customer experience Serve food and beverages Take food orders Work as part of a team and solo Learn about OMB Interact with customers
Requirements
Demonstrate passion for customer service Demonstrate passion for beer and food that belong together Passion to learn and improve oneself and others Flexible and willing to meet the demands of the venue High standards across all aspects Experience of food service CBS Cicerones qualified with 6 months of employment Friendly personality/great customer interaction

Working Hours: Varied options available (Working hours to cover the operational needs of the venue)
Part time & weekend availability.
