Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated tarmac layer to join our team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. As a Groundworker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the construction of driveway of various outdoor areas.
Responsibilities
-
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of pathways, fences, and driveways
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in landscaping and groundworks
- Support the team kerb laying and edges. installation of type 1 stone ready for surface also able to lay tarmac by hand and able to use a roller is a must.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in tarmac maintenance or landscaping is desirable
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to undertake manual tasks
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in outdoor environments
- Driving licence is required for transportation to different work sites
Hgv would be desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: 14.77-15.40 per hour
