We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience while supporting various aspects of our operations, including catering and food preparation.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Assist in food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding orders. Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food handling and service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Support catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the service provided. Assist in bartending duties when necessary, showcasing knowledge of beverages and cocktails.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to help colleagues across various tasks as needed. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
