The Role:

We are seeking a motivated

Tax Assistant

to join our Beeston office. You will support clients with accurate, timely tax compliance, preparing sole trader and partnership accounts and assisting with VAT and self-assessment returns. This role offers excellent exposure to tax planning and advisory work while working closely with senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review sole trader and partnership accounts Complete self-assessment tax returns and assist with VAT returns Liaise with clients to gather financial information Support senior team members with tax planning and advisory work Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines

Key Requirements:

ATT and/or AAT qualified, or working towards qualification Experience with sole trader accounts Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication Proactive, reliable, and a team player
