You will have expertise in advising on a range of corporate tax matters including
M&A Transactions,
Corporate restructuring,
Employment Tax
Real Estate.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Tax Lawyer
Extensive experience of UK Tax laws and regulations
Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.
