You will have exposure to high profile clients in a wide range of sectors, collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to ensure tax efficient structuring of complex commercial transactions.

You will have expertise in advising on a range of corporate tax matters including


M&A Transactions,


Corporate restructuring,


Employment Tax


Real Estate.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Tax Lawyer

Extensive experience of UK Tax laws and regulations

Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.

This role can be based anywhere with travel to the Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Lancashire office as required giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations while enjoying the benefits of a flexible working arrangement.
