As Tax Manager, you report to the Legal Department and work within a team of 6 lawyers.
Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with all local and international tax regulations and reporting obligations;
• Providing strategic advice on tax planning, audits, and dispute resolution;
• Monitoring tax risks and identifying optimization opportunities;
• Promoting continuous improvement of tax processes, systems, and controls;
• Collaborating with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities as needed;
• Supporting the company on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer pricing matters;
• Advising internal stakeholders on the tax implications of business decisions.

You are a Tax Manager with at least 7 years of experience in a tax, legal department or law/accounting firm.
You have proven experience in tax management, ideally in an international environment.
You possess strong knowledge of local tax regulations, international tax principles, and transfer pricing.
You have experience managing tax audits, filings, and disputes.
You are proficient with ERP systems and tax reporting software.
You speak English fluently.
