A growing tax advisory team is looking for a technically proficient and client-focused Tax Senior to join their office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified CTA, ACA or ACCA professional with at least three years' advisory experience to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and develop their career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The role focuses on a blend of personal and corporate tax advisory work, covering key areas such as income and capital taxes, trusts, succession planning, share options and residency issues. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering tailored tax advice and building strong client relationships.

Role Responsibilities

Take ownership of a varied client portfolio, providing expert advice across personal and corporate tax matters. Advise on income tax, capital gains tax planning, trusts, succession, share options and residency. Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive tax advisory services. Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their development. Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring high-quality, proactive service.

Personal Requirements

Fully qualified CTA, ACA or ACCA. Minimum three years' experience in a tax advisory role, with exposure to both personal and corporate tax issues. Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation, including trusts, succession planning and share options. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver bespoke tax advice. Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, proactive and client-oriented approach.
