Position: Taxi Dispatcher
Hours: Night Shifts & Weekends
Troon Cabs is looking for a reliable and punctual individual to join our busy dispatch team!
What you'll do:
Coordinate drivers and allocate jobs efficiently
Manage bookings via phone and dispatch system
Provide excellent customer service
Handle late-night and weekend operations with confidence
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong multitasking ability
Confident working under pressure
Punctual, trustworthy, and team-oriented
Previous dispatch or transport experience preferred (but not essential -- training provided!)
