We are seeking a reliable and professional Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our passengers. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting clients safely and efficiently while ensuring a pleasant experience throughout their journey.

Duties

Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations in a timely manner Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing regular checks and necessary maintenance Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, including heavy lifting when required Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with passengers and addressing any inquiries or concerns Navigate efficiently using GPS systems or local knowledge of the area Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fare details Undertake school runs Work weekends

Experience

Previous experience as a driver, particularly in commercial driving or as a delivery driver, is highly desirable Strong communication skills to interact positively with passengers and provide assistance when needed Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices to ensure the taxi remains in optimal condition A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type, along with any necessary certifications or permits required for taxi operation
