We are looking for an enthusiastic hard working member of staff to join our tea rooms as soon as possible. Skills we are looking for include:

Baking and cooking experience is a must. Must be able to cook a simple cafe menu and add specials every week. Working as part of a team, also managing volunteers and also the ability to work independently is needed. Cleaning and tidiness skills and following food health and hygiene standards. Cash handling Customer service skills
The tea room is an essential part of the charity and raises much needed funds for all our animals.

The tea room is open 7 days a week and is a very popular spot for lots of visitors. It includes it's very own dog menu so we often have lots of doggie customers so a love of dogs is very important.

We run a popular homemade menu which has expanded over the years and is delicious. We have our own small allotment which we grow our own vegetables and work with local small businesses.

Our afternoon teas are also very popular and we are often fully booked.

The tea room is only small but it is a very busy, happy, friendly community which works hard every day to help all the animals in our care.

2 days a week including one weekend in three on rota, also providing holiday cover when needed hours are 9am-4:30pm (15 hours).
